Privacy

We collect your email address and the routes you ask us to watch. That is the whole list.

Who controls your data

What we store

  • Your email address, which is also your identity — there is no password.
  • The routes and date windows you asked us to watch.
  • Which alerts we sent you, and whether they were delivered, opened or clicked.
  • Flight fares we record. These are not personal data and are not tied to you.

What we do not do

  • No advertising trackers, no analytics scripts, no third-party cookies.
  • We do not sell, rent or share your email address.
  • Fonts are served from our own servers, so loading a page tells nobody else you did.

Who else sees it

Only the services it takes to run the product: our email provider, which sends the alerts and reports whether they were delivered and opened, and our hosting provider, which runs the application and its database. They process this data on our instructions and for no other purpose. We are based in the United States, so that is where your data is stored.

Open tracking

Our alert emails include a tracking pixel that tells us whether a message was opened. We use it for one purpose: judging whether our alerts are worth reading. Blocking remote images in your mail client prevents it, and nothing about the product stops working.

Leaving

Every alert carries a one-click unsubscribe link and a pause link. Unsubscribing stops all email and pauses your watches immediately.

Your rights

Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, a correction to it, or its deletion, and we will do it — email privacy@pricehash.com from the address in question, or reply to any alert. Deleting your data removes your address, your watches and your alert history. It does not remove the fare observations themselves: those record what a flight cost, are not linked to you or to anyone, and are what the scores are computed from.

Depending on where you live you may have further rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA, including the right to complain to your local supervisory authority. We have never sold personal information and have no plans to.

Links to other sites

The fare link in an alert sends you to a third-party travel site, sometimes through a referral link. What they do with your visit is governed by their own policy, not this one.
