Who you are dealing with

PriceHash is operated by ValidPixel LLC, a Michigan limited liability company (“we”, “us”). Using the service means agreeing to these terms.

What the service is

PriceHash records flight fares and emails you when our score says a price is unusually good for that route. It is information, not advice.

What we do not do

We do not sell flights, take payment for travel, hold or issue tickets, or act as a travel agent. Any booking you make is a contract between you and the seller. Cancellations, changes, refunds and schedule disruption are theirs to handle, not ours.

Accuracy

Fares change constantly and a price we recorded may be gone by the time you click. The Price Hash Score describes history; it is not a prediction, and nothing we send is a guarantee that a price will fall, hold or rise.

Affiliate links

Some links in our emails may earn us a referral fee. This never affects your score: the scoring code has no access to commission data, enforced as a boundary in the codebase.

Availability

This is a beta. Alerts may be delayed or missed, and we may change thresholds, pause the service or discontinue it. Free accounts carry no service commitment.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied — including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, that any alert will arrive, or that any fare, score or explanation is accurate or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ValidPixel LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any lost savings, lost travel opportunity, or the difference between a fare you paid and a fare you might have paid. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or US $50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages. Where that is the case, the exclusions and limits above apply only as far as that jurisdiction permits.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Michigan.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Any material change moves the effective date at the top of this page, and continuing to use the service after that date means accepting the revised terms.
